Under One Sky: My Life and Philosophy as a Man Who Leads with Heart

There’s a certain magic in the way some people move through the world—feet planted firmly in purpose, eyes lifted toward possibility. I strive to be one of those people. Raised with the steady hands of a carpenter’s son, I learned early that true craftsmanship isn’t just about what you build with your hands—it’s about how you build your life, your relationships, and your impact on the world.

As the oldest of four siblings, I’ve always carried the quiet strength of an elder brother. Leadership, to me, isn’t about power—it’s about service. And that’s how I’ve lived my life. Whether on the rugby field—where I’ve both played and coached with passion—or in the solar industry, where my team has helped brighten over 5,200 homes along Colorado’s Front Range, my mission has always been to uplift others and create something that lasts.

Before guiding teams and businesses, I had the privilege of shaping young minds as an elementary school teacher. Teaching wasn’t just a job; it was a way to instill curiosity, resilience, and a lifelong love of learning in the next generation. That passion still drives me today, whether I’m mentoring a new recruit, problem-solving for my team, or diving into a new challenge.

Beyond teaching and coaching, I’ve had the honor of recruiting and training over 500 consultants and customer acquisition professionals, helping them hone their skills and build meaningful careers. I also operate a construction team, bringing my lifelong respect for craftsmanship into every project we take on.

But for me, life is more than work and accomplishments. It’s about connection. It’s about breaking bread (often homemade, because I love to bake and cook) and sharing laughs. It’s about traveling to experience beauty, meeting new people, and seeing the world with fresh eyes. It’s about pausing at sunrise and sunset, where I find joy and peace in the simple reminder that every day is a gift—an opportunity to build, to learn, and to serve. No matter where I go or who I meet, I believe one thing above all:

That philosophy, inspired by Bruce Lee but lived in my own way, is the heartbeat of my life.
